The short answer is yes. The long answer is you bet.

I write the posts knowing your time is precious. It will take you just a few minutes to read each promise, but maybe longer to digest. I’m not sure. What I do know is the promises are real and actionable. Some are as simple as trusting yourself, while others may require you to step back and take a closer look at what might be bringing you down or lifting you up.

Every minute will bring you one step closer to joy.
