Karla-Thank YOU! This post was my answer to Day 1 of a 30-day e-course that I just started. The course is outlined here: http://bit.ly/jEcchY. This day, day 1 was an exercise in smiling. Easy enough, right? What I realized after completing the first day yesterday, was that it really did make a difference to show my pearly whites.
